All content, code, and materials on Ndovesha are owned by NdovuCloud or its licensors.

To the extent permitted by law, NdovuCloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Ndovesha.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NdovuCloud harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of Ndovesha, or
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes will be resolved through confidential arbitration in Nairobi, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on our website with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.
