Frequently asked questions
Can it follow my menu and how I serve?
Yes. Describe your dishes, prices and whether you serve by table or at the counter, and the AI coworker builds from that. See How to Prompt for help describing what you need.
Does it work with kitchen screens, printers or mobile money?
Kitchen displays, bill printing, table-status screens, payment integrations and hardware support are not confirmed. The system records the orders and payments you enter.
Can it track ingredient stock?
You can ask for it. Test it during a service to see whether the figures match what you actually use.
How much does it cost?
Start on the free plan with 200 credits to see a first version. Starter is KSh 2,585 a month with 1,000 credits, and larger plans add more credits. The pricing page lists what each plan includes, such as hosting and custom domains, so check it before you commit. Credits used depend on how much you build and change.
What should I do before using it in a busy service?
Practise with sample orders, check the end-of-day total against your cash, and keep your usual method on hand at first. For retail shops, see POS system.
