Matches your portfolio
A landlord with a few flats and an agent with several estates track different things. Describe the records and reports you use.
Less time on records
Tenant, unit, rent and repair notes can sit in separate places. Ask for them in one system you can review and check.
Grows with your properties
Adding a building or a new report? Describe it and ask for the change. Supported changes use credits.
Frequently asked questions
Can I set it up for my own rent rules?
Yes. Describe your due dates, deposits and charges, and the AI coworker builds the first version from that. See How to Prompt for help describing what you need.
Does it collect rent or reconcile M-Pesa payments?
No. It records the payments you enter. Automatic collection or reconciliation with M-Pesa is not a confirmed feature.
Can landlords see their own statements?
You can ask for a statement per landlord. Who can open it is something to check in the first version, because access controls are not confirmed.
How much does it cost?
Start on the free plan with 200 credits to see a first version. Starter is KSh 2,585 a month with 1,000 credits, and larger plans add more credits. The pricing page lists what each plan includes, such as hosting and custom domains, so check it before you commit. Credits used depend on how much you build and change.
What should I do before using it for real tenants?
Enter one building with sample figures, compare arrears with your own records, and decide who on your team sees tenant details. The first version is a draft to review.
