Ask for the cost records you use, and leave out functions you do not need.
Adapt reports as the fleet changes
Added a vehicle type or a new cost line? Describe it and ask for the change. Supported changes use credits.
Frequently asked questions
Is this GPS tracking?
No. It does not show live vehicle locations. It keeps your own records. If you need live tracking, use a tracking provider alongside it.
Can it remind me about insurance and service dates?
You can ask for a list showing what is due. Automatic reminders or notifications are not a confirmed feature. See How to Prompt for help describing what you need.
Can drivers update trips from the road?
That depends on how your team enters data. Test the first version with a few drivers before you rely on it.
How much does it cost?
Start on the free plan with 200 credits to see a first version. Starter is KSh 2,585 a month with 1,000 credits, and larger plans add more credits. The pricing page lists what each plan includes, such as hosting and custom domains, so check it before you commit. Credits used depend on how much you build and change.
What should I do before relying on the figures?
Log a week of real trips and fuel, and compare the totals with your own books. The first version is a draft to review.
